Maintenance Technician I- Sports Illustrated Resort

Join Travel + Leisure Co. as a Maintenance Technician I at our Sports Illustrated Resort in Nashville, Tennessee. As a full-time member of our facilities team, you'll keep our resort running smoothly by performing essential maintenance and repairs that directly impact the guest experience.

About the Role

This is a hands-on maintenance position supporting resort operations across multiple systems and facilities. You'll respond to maintenance requests, perform preventative care, and troubleshoot building systems to ensure our property remains in excellent condition. Working as part of a dedicated maintenance team, you'll develop expertise in resort facility management while delivering reliable, quality service.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems
• Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain resort common areas, guest rooms, and exterior facilities
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and identify solutions
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and work orders
• Follow safety protocols and building codes in all work
• Collaborate with the maintenance team on larger projects and facility improvements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with general building maintenance or related trades
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Excellent communication skills and reliability
• Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
• Valid driver's license
