Based in Downtown Los Angeles, this attorney position offers the opportunity to work on diverse business, general liability, and financial services matters while serving clients throughout California.

What You'll Do

• Handle business litigation matters, including contract disputes, commercial claims, and complex financial services cases
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, motions, and memoranda
• Manage discovery, including document review and depositions
• Represent clients in negotiations, settlement discussions, and court proceedings
• Advise clients on general liability exposure and risk management strategies
• Communicate with clients regarding case strategy, progress, and outcomes
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff to deliver quality client representation

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active California bar license (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
• Minimum one year of legal experience in general litigation, business litigation, and/or financial services
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple litigation matters effectively
• Genuine interest in building a career in commercial and business litigation
