Residential Counselor MAP

Brockton Area Multi-Servi is hiring a Residential Counselor MAP to join our team at our Taunton, Bristol County location. This full-time position offers 21 hours per week of direct-care work in a residential program, with a flexible schedule that includes overnight, evening, and daytime shifts.

The Opportunity

As a Residential Counselor MAP with Brockton Area Multi-Servi, you will provide essential support to individuals living in our residential programs. Working closely with participants and your team, you'll contribute to maintaining a safe, stable environment where people can work toward their goals. Your presence and guidance during key hours of the week will help individuals navigate daily life and build positive momentum.

Schedule & Work Location

• 21 hours per week in Taunton, Bristol County
• Saturday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Compensation & Employment Details

• Pay range: $20.00 – $23.75 per hour
• Full-time position, non-exempt from overtime regulations
• Work location: Taunton, Bristol County
