About the Role

As a Tool and Die Apprentice, you'll work the second shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM) learning the skilled trade of tool and die manufacturing from experienced professionals. You'll gain practical expertise in fabrication techniques, precision machining, and the technical processes that ensure quality in our products.

What You'll Do

• Assist skilled tool and die makers in fabricating, assembling, and maintaining precision tooling and dies
• Learn to operate and maintain CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and other specialized machining equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
• Perform precision measurements and support quality control processes
• Help set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a compliant work environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong aptitude for technical and mechanical skills
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
