About the Role

You'll work alongside experienced counsel on high-impact regulatory and administrative issues affecting healthcare organizations across Texas. This role combines substantive legal work with strategic advisory responsibilities, giving you direct exposure to the nuances of healthcare compliance, licensing, contracting, and government relations. You'll develop deep knowledge of the regulatory landscape while making tangible contributions to client outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on healthcare regulatory matters, including federal and state compliance requirements
• Support senior attorney on transactions, contracts, and administrative proceedings involving healthcare providers and payors
• Assist with regulatory filings, licensing applications, and government agency interactions
• Analyze healthcare policies and their practical impact on client operations
• Collaborate with clients to identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Contribute to business development within the healthcare regulatory practice

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor degree and active Texas bar license (or admission pending)
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance
