Vail Resorts is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at Alpenglow Stube, an exceptional fine dining restaurant in Keystone, Colorado. This year-round, full-time position offers the opportunity to direct operations at North America's highest AAA Four-Diamond™ dining establishment.

About the Role

Alpenglow Stube sits atop North Peak at 11,444 feet and is accessed by two scenic gondola rides from the River Run base. The restaurant is renowned for its sophisticated contemporary cuisine with Bavarian influences, and the Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations in this distinctive mountain setting.

What You'll Do

• Direct kitchen operations and manage culinary staff to consistently deliver exceptional fine dining experiences
• Develop and refine seasonal menus showcasing contemporary techniques and Bavarian-inspired flavors
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and adherence to AAA Four-Diamond standards
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and inventory management protocols
• Source and evaluate premium ingredients to support the restaurant's culinary vision
• Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to enhance guest experiences
