About the Role
As our Production Control Planner in Santa Ana, you'll own the scheduling and coordination of production activities with moderate complexity. You'll manage individual work plans that directly support our Production organization's day-to-day objectives, tackle operational issues head-on, and ensure manufacturing stays on track to meet commitments.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute production schedules that balance capacity, material availability, and customer deadlines
- Coordinate material flow and inventory levels to support manufacturing operations
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and operational issues quickly
- Monitor production metrics and track progress against planned objectives
- Collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency
- Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and production records
- Support continuous improvement of production planning processes
What We're Looking For
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, or production control
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software, ERP systems, or production planning tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams
