About the Role

As a Security Officer with GardaWorld, you'll be the trusted presence on-site, combining proactive monitoring with genuine customer engagement. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, controlling access to secure areas, responding to incidents, and maintaining detailed incident logs and reports. You'll operate with the highest standards of safety awareness while building confidence through approachable, professional interactions with clients, employees, and visitors.

What You'll Do

• Monitor premises, equipment, and personnel to prevent theft, damage, and unauthorized access
• Maintain clear, professional communication with building occupants and management
• Respond promptly and appropriately to security breaches, disturbances, and emergencies
• Document observations and incidents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Conduct routine security checks and patrols in assigned areas
• Enforce company policies and security protocols consistently

What We're Looking For

• Active valid security guard license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Situational awareness and sound judgment under pressure
• Reliability and professional demeanor
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, which may include evenings and weekends
• Physical capability to patrol assigned areas and respond to incidents
