About the Role

We operate local, home-daily routes in the Naugatuck area using day cab trucks. You'll manage assigned routes, handle vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, and return home every night. This position suits drivers who want to earn competitive wages while staying close to family and avoiding long-haul schedules.

What You'll Do

• Operate a day cab truck on assigned local routes within the service area
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Maintain accurate logs and records in compliance with DOT regulations
• Load, secure, and unload cargo safely according to company protocols
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and deliveries
• Complete your routes and return home daily

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and DOT medical certification
• Commitment to safety and professional driving standards
• Reliable transportation to our Naugatuck, Connecticut facility

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $27.80 to $32.80 per hour
