About the Role

As a Local CDL-A Truck Driver with CPC Logistics, you'll handle local and shuttle routes operating out of Colona, IL, hauling no-touch freight that keeps you behind the wheel rather than loading docks. This is a home-daily position designed for drivers who value consistency and a clear schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer safely across assigned local and shuttle routes.
• Move no-touch freight, meaning loading and unloading are not part of your day.
• Maintain on-time pickups and deliveries while following all DOT and safety regulations.
• Complete accurate trip and inspection documentation for each run.
• Return home daily after completing your scheduled shift.

Pay & Schedule

• Local drivers earn $29.00 per hour on the Monday–Friday shift (8:00 AM–6:00 PM).
• Local drivers earn $31.25 per hour on the Sunday–Thursday shift (6:00 PM–4:00 AM).
• Local overtime applies after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
• Shuttle drivers earn $30.40 per hour with overtime after 40 hours.
• Earn up to $31.25 per hour with daily home time.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Ability to run local and shuttle routes on a set weekday or evening schedule.
• Commitment to safe, compliant, and dependable driving.
