About the Role

As a Laboratory Technologist I at Inspira Health's Vineland location, you'll be the backbone of our diagnostic operations. You'll process patient samples through rigorous testing protocols, ensuring accurate results that guide clinical decisions. This role combines hands-on technical work with quality assurance responsibilities, making you essential to our laboratory's mission of delivering reliable diagnostic data every single day.

What You'll Do

• Conduct diagnostic testing on patient specimens using laboratory protocols and evidence-based procedures
• Analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability, and adherence to critical value thresholds
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instrumentation to ensure peak performance
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
• Perform quality control procedures and document results to meet regulatory and accreditation standards
• Implement corrective actions when quality standards are not met
• Evaluate and validate new testing equipment and techniques for laboratory integration
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with laboratory information systems
• Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve testing questions and support patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification as a Laboratory Technologist preferred
• Experience in clinical laboratory testing, specimen processing, or diagnostic analysis
• Proficiency with laboratory instruments and analytical equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment
