Your Responsibilities

• Defend construction defect and construction liability claims from investigation through trial
• Manage professional liability matters across diverse industry sectors
• Handle property and casualty claims, including coverage analysis and litigation strategy
• Represent insureds in serious personal injury defense cases
• Provide aggressive representation in wrongful death litigation
• Prepare pleadings, discovery responses, and trial motions
• Conduct depositions and manage all phases of litigation
• Partner with clients and insurance adjusters on case strategy and settlement evaluation

What We Need

• A minimum of 3 years of substantive experience in insurance defense litigation
• Deep knowledge of liability principles and insurance coverage interpretation
• Demonstrated success in managing complex litigation from inception to resolution
• Strong legal writing and persuasive oral advocacy skills
• Ability to juggle multiple case files and competing deadlines
• Professional judgment and collaborative communication style
• Current Illinois legal license
