Pharmacy Cashier

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Cashier at Walgreens, you're the final touchpoint in every customer's shopping experience. You'll operate our point-of-sale systems with accuracy and speed, handle payments securely, and create positive interactions that build customer loyalty and trust. This is a full-time position working directly in one of our Pittsburgh-area pharmacy locations.

Your Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter
• Operate cash registers and payment terminals, including cash handling and daily reconciliation
• Greet every customer with a warm welcome and offer assistance with store products and services
• Answer questions about pharmacy offerings, store promotions, and product availability
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional, courteous manner
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and stock supplies throughout your shift
• Support the pharmacy team by facilitating smooth customer interactions at the register
• Follow company policies and safeguard customer privacy in all transactions
