About the Role

As a Financial Solutions Advisor, you'll be the trusted banking expert customers turn to when they want to understand their options. You'll work in our Murdock location or serve customers across nearby areas including Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and Port Charlotte, diagnosing financial needs and connecting clients with the right products and services.

What You'll Do

• Consult with customers to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and banking needs
• Recommend and facilitate opening of deposit accounts, credit products, and investment services
• Guide clients through wealth management options aligned with their life stage and goals
• Educate customers on bank products including checking, savings, credit cards, mortgage services, and investment accounts
• Build and maintain a strong client base through relationship-focused service and proactive outreach
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and Bank of America policies
• Meet performance metrics while upholding the highest standards of customer service

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Proven customer service background with demonstrated ability to listen and solve problems
• Strong communication skills and comfort discussing financial concepts with diverse audiences
