Texnere Americas Inc is seeking an experienced Order Management Consultant to join our team in the United States. In this full-time position, you will leverage your deep expertise in Oracle SCM, cloud order management, and global order processing (GOP) to deliver transformational solutions for enterprise organizations.
About the Role
As an Order Management Consultant, you will be at the forefront of supply chain modernization, specializing in OM (Order Management), GOP (Global Order Processing), and planning solutions. This role combines technical mastery with strategic consulting, where you'll guide clients through complex implementations and optimizations of their order management and inventory systems.
What You'll Do
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle SCM solutions with focus on order management, global order processing, and inventory modules
- Partner with enterprise clients to capture, analyze, and validate requirements for cloud-based order management platforms
- Optimize order-to-cash processes and supply chain workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct comprehensive system assessments to identify capability gaps and recommend strategic enhancements
- Lead functional and technical design sessions for GOP implementations and order planning solutions
- Facilitate user training, documentation, and change management during system deployments
- Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization efforts
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of progressive experience with Oracle SCM systems and related supply chain modules
- 8+ years of specialized experience in cloud order management, GOP, and inventory management solutions
- Proven success leading end-to-end Oracle implementation projects
- Expert-level knowledge of order-to-cash processes and supply chain planning
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and consulting skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience supporting cloud migrations and digital transformation initiatives
