About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished delivery leader to spearhead modernization programs for healthcare and life sciences enterprises. As a Senior Delivery Consultant within AWS Professional Services, you will own the technical strategy and vision across multiple concurrent transformation initiatives, guiding clients from legacy infrastructure to cloud-native architectures powered by AI, machine learning, and advanced data platforms.

What You'll Do

• Own technical architecture and delivery strategy for multiple concurrent modernization programs serving healthcare and life sciences organizations
• Establish and communicate the technical roadmap for cloud-native transformation, including data platform modernization and AI/ML implementation
• Drive enterprise-scale implementation efforts across cloud infrastructure, security, compliance, and operational excellence domains
• Collaborate with AWS teams, customer executives, and technology partners to align solutions with business objectives and healthcare operational requirements
• Build and mentor customer technical teams to ensure sustainable adoption of AWS services and modernization best practices
• Navigate complex healthcare compliance, data governance, and regulatory requirements throughout the transformation journey

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated track record delivering large-scale cloud transformation or modernization engagements with measurable business impact
• Advanced expertise in cloud architecture, data engineering, or machine learning—ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or highly regulated industries
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare data standards, compliance frameworks, and operational workflows (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, or similar)
• Executive-level communication and consulting skills with ability to influence C-suite and technical stakeholders
• Experience building and developing high-performing technical teams across organizational boundaries
• AWS certifications or proven hands-on proficiency with AWS services preferred
