Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant – Senior Manager

PwC is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant - Senior Manager to join our team in Kansas City, Jackson County. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to lead enterprise financial transformation initiatives for organizations across multiple industries.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager in our Finance consulting practice, you will drive the successful adoption and implementation of Oracle Cloud Finance solutions for our clients. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping enterprises modernize their financial operations, streamline processes, and unlock business value through cloud-based technology. Your expertise will guide organizations from strategy through implementation and optimization.

What You'll Do

• Lead Oracle Cloud Finance implementation engagements for mid-to-large enterprise clients
• Assess client financial processes and design tailored Oracle solutions aligned with business objectives
• Manage project delivery, timelines, and resources while ensuring quality outcomes
• Mentor and develop consulting staff, fostering growth within the engagement team
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, validate designs, and drive adoption
• Advise on financial system architecture, data governance, and process optimization
• Identify opportunities to expand service delivery and deepen client relationships

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
• Proven experience implementing Oracle Cloud Finance or comparable enterprise financial systems
• 5+ years in management or senior consulting roles with demonstrated leadership capability
• Deep knowledge of financial processes, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and related modules
• Track record of delivering large, complex implementations on time and within budget
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Willingness to travel up to 80% to support client engagements
