About the Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead sales efforts for our comprehensive expansion joint systems and related products. This is a full-time position where you'll combine consultative selling with technical expertise, positioning yourself as the go-to industry resource for architects, contractors, engineers, and facility managers throughout your territory.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify new market opportunities and grow existing accounts within your region
• Serve as the technical authority on Jointmaster expansion joint products, specifications, and applications—providing expert recommendations to design professionals and end-users
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, mechanical engineers, and key decision-makers in construction and facility management
• Deliver product presentations and site assessments that demonstrate value and application expertise
• Work toward and exceed regional sales targets and revenue goals
• Represent Inpro's corporate vision and values in every client interaction and market activity
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and expansion joint technology innovations

What We're Looking For

• Proven regional sales management or industrial/construction sales background
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer benefits
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Established or demonstrable ability to build relationships with contractors, architects, and facility managers
• Territory management and strategic planning experience
• Self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales objectives
• Willingness to travel throughout the region
