About the Role

Mammoth Mountain is seeking an experienced Ski Lift Maintenance Electrician II for a full-time, year-round position. In this role, you'll perform essential maintenance, testing, and repair work on the electrical systems that power our ski lift operations. Your expertise will directly impact guest safety and operational reliability across the entire mountain.

What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on ski lift electrical systems and control equipment
• Conduct regular safety inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical components
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults using industry-standard testing equipment
• Work at heights and in varying weather conditions as part of ski lift operations
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Coordinate with operations and mechanical teams to ensure seamless mountain operations
• Adhere to electrical codes, safety regulations, and company-specific protocols

What We're Looking For

• Valid electrical license or certification appropriate to California requirements
• Proven experience in ski lift, elevator, or similar mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong technical and troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to work at heights with comfort and safety awareness
• Experience working independently and collaboratively on maintenance teams
