About the Role

We're seeking a reliable Machine Operator Assistant to support our napkin production operations during the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Manufacturing experience isn't required — we provide paid training to get you up to speed quickly. You'll work in a clean environment where safety and teamwork are our top priorities.

What You'll Do

• Assist experienced operators with napkin production equipment setup and operation
• Perform routine quality checks and basic product inspections
• Handle material loading and product packaging tasks
• Monitor production processes and alert supervisors to any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout your shift
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required protective equipment
• Support team members to meet daily production goals
