Hallmark Aviation Services is hiring an Airline Customer Service Representative for our JFK Airport team. This full-time, on-site position offers an hourly rate of $19.75 and the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to international passengers at one of the world's busiest aviation hubs.
About the Role
As an Airline Customer Service Representative at JFK Airport, you'll work on the front lines of ground handling operations, directly serving passengers from around the world. This role demands fluency in both French and English to support our diverse passenger base across multiple airline partners operating at the airport. Your bilingual capabilities will be essential to providing seamless customer experiences in our fast-paced terminal environment.
What You'll Do
- Process passenger check-in, boarding, and flight documentation at airport counters and gates
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues with professionalism and care
- Communicate in French and English with international travelers, ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction
- Support aircraft ground operations and coordinate with airline crew and operations teams
- Maintain compliance with security protocols and airline operational standards
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in high-volume airport environments
