Trustmark is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and lead sales operations across our Boston, Suffolk County territory. In this full-time role, you'll build and manage a high-performing sales team while cultivating strategic partnerships that advance our mission to improve wellbeing for everyone.

About the Role

As Regional Sales Executive for Trustmark, you'll own the complete sales strategy for your region, from territory planning through revenue achievement. You'll serve as the key growth driver and lead agent for business development, managing account relationships, forecasting, and team performance while upholding the collaborative culture that defines Trustmark's approach to doing business.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets and organizational goals
  • Build, lead, and mentor a sales team, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and accountability
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and expand market presence
  • Prepare sales forecasts, analyze performance metrics, and report results to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and align sales efforts with company initiatives
  • Coach and develop sales representatives, providing training, feedback, and career growth opportunities
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic account management

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in a regional or territory management capacity
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a mission-driven environment and inspire others around shared values
