What You'll Do

• Assist experienced field service technicians with installation and maintenance of climate control and HVAC systems at customer locations throughout the region
• Support diagnostic testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical equipment issues
• Learn to read and interpret system schematics, service manuals, and technical documentation
• Help maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in accordance with company standards
• Interact professionally with customers and accurately document work performed on service tickets
• Contribute to team efficiency by completing assigned tasks and supporting multiple technicians

What We're Looking For

• Current enrollment in an HVAC, mechanical engineering, electrical, or related technical degree program
• Strong mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in learning hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required for field work in the Canton region
• Ability to work full-time during your co-op assignment
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and diverse customer environments
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused, professional attitude
• Physical capability to safely lift equipment and work in confined spaces
