About the Role

You'll be essential to the success of our concrete construction projects, specializing in formwork, carpentry, and structural framing. Your expertise will ensure that every form, framework, and support structure meets our rigorous standards for precision, safety, and durability on the job site.

What You'll Do

• Build, assemble, and position concrete formwork and frameworks according to project specifications and blueprints
• Install and manage temporary bracing, shoring, and structural support systems
• Read, interpret, and execute construction drawings and technical documents
• Measure, cut, and fit materials for concrete formwork applications
• Conduct inspections to verify formwork alignment, integrity, and quality standards
• Coordinate with concrete crews, engineers, and project managers to maintain schedules and quality
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and job site protocols

What We're Looking For
