About the Role

As a Business Account Representative, you'll be the bridge between Omni Force and our commercial clients, managing key relationships and identifying opportunities to expand our service offerings. You'll work with established and emerging businesses throughout the Greater Houston area, understanding their unique needs and positioning our energy and smart home solutions as critical partners in their success.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing business accounts while pursuing new business development opportunities in the Houston market
• Present energy efficiency solutions, protection services, and smart technology offerings tailored to each client's operational needs
• Manage account portfolios, track customer satisfaction, and work toward revenue growth targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client concerns promptly
• Conduct site assessments and consultations to understand business energy profiles and pain points
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with company standards and client budgets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business-to-business sales, account management, or related client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with commercial decision-makers
• Knowledge of energy services, utilities, or related industries is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Harris County region
