About the Role

As a Lease Analyst for Matador Resources, you'll be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and maintaining the terms and payments of lease, mineral, and contractual agreements that form the foundation of our business. Working within our Land system, you'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation across all land administration functions. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in lease management while supporting Matador's operational objectives.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and maintain detailed records for all lease and mineral agreements in Matador's Land system
• Monitor lease terms, mineral rights, and payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Implement amendments and updates to contractual agreements across the portfolio
• Support comprehensive land and lease administration activities for all properties
• Organize and maintain documentation systems that enable effective operations and compliance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on lease-related matters and administration needs

• Experience or familiarity with lease administration, contract management, or land systems
