About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician with RAM Partners, you'll handle the day-to-day repairs, inspections, and upkeep of apartment communities in the Vinnings area. This full-time position offers competitive compensation of $25 to $26 per hour and the opportunity to develop your technical skills in a collaborative, hands-on environment where your work directly impacts resident satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Respond to maintenance requests from residents, troubleshooting and repairing issues promptly
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, HVAC units, plumbing, appliances, and electrical components
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs before they escalate
• Execute emergency repairs to ensure community safety and operational continuity
• Maintain accurate records of all work orders, repairs, and materials used
• Manage inventory and coordinate parts ordering for ongoing maintenance needs
• Contribute to grounds maintenance and landscaping to keep the community attractive
• Work collaboratively with property management and fellow team members to prioritize work efficiently

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Hands-on experience in general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, or a related trade
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, lift heavy items, and work at heights
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to urgent requests
• Trade certifications (HVAC, electrical, or plumbing) are a plus
