About the Role

As Street Outreach Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of our Street Outreach Program, ensuring seamless coordination across our Coordinated Entry system. Your leadership will directly influence how we engage with and support individuals experiencing housing instability and barriers to self-sufficiency across our service area.

What You'll Do

• Manage and supervise day-to-day Street Outreach Program operations in Bridgeton and surrounding areas
• Oversee the Coordinated Entry system to optimize client intake, assessment, and service placement
• Lead direct outreach efforts to identify and engage individuals experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity
• Develop and sustain partnerships with community agencies, social services, and local resources
• Monitor program performance, track client outcomes, and ensure organizational compliance standards
• Supervise and mentor outreach staff, fostering a learning culture and shared accountability
• Coordinate with case managers and service providers to ensure continuity and quality of care
