COOK (FULL and PART TIME) – CAMPUS CENTER

Compass Group, North America is hiring immediately for a Cook (Full and Part Time) at the Campus Center on the West Side of Worcester County, supporting dining services at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. If you take pride in preparing quality food and thrive in a busy campus kitchen, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

As a Cook with Compass Group, North America, you'll be a key part of our culinary team serving the Worcester Polytechnic Institute community at 100 Institute Road, Worcester, MA. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with open availability preferred. Hours and days will vary, and additional scheduling details are shared during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to consistent quality and presentation standards
• Follow established recipes, portion guidelines, and food-handling procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workstation
• Support the wider dining team during meal service on campus
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation requirements throughout each shift

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of prior cook experience
• Open availability preferred to cover varying shifts, days, and hours
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume campus dining environment
• A team-focused approach and commitment to quality and cleanliness
