About the Role
As a weekend overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Support Solutions, you will provide hands-on support that helps the individuals you serve live with dignity, safety, and independence. The position covers Saturday and Sunday nights, 8P to 8A, in Trenton, Gibson County, and is not a remote role. Team members are paid weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, person-centered support to the individuals in your care during overnight hours.
- Promote each person's safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the Saturday and Sunday 8P-8A shift.
- Encourage daily living skills and independence in line with each individual's support plan.
- Maintain a respectful, attentive presence during the overnight schedule.
Qualifications
- Availability to work the full Saturday and Sunday overnight schedule, 8P to 8A, on-site in Trenton.
- A caring, dependable approach and genuine commitment to supporting others.
- Willingness to follow individual support plans and maintain a safe environment.
Compensation
- Starting pay of $15.37 per hour, paid weekly.
- $300 sign-on bonus after successfully completing 90 days of service for full-time and part-time (24 hours per week) hires.
- $300 referral bonus when an employee-referred hire successfully completes 90 days of service and works full-time or part-time hours.
