What You'll Do

• Support individuals with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, and household management
• Facilitate community outings, social activities, and participation in meaningful pursuits
• Assist with medication management and health-related needs as outlined in individual support plans
• Build trusting relationships and respond to the unique preferences and goals of the people you support
• Maintain detailed documentation and communicate regularly with care coordinators and families
• Support skill-building in areas such as budgeting, communication, and independent living
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment aligned with individual needs

Compensation & Benefits

Earn $300 weekly working weekends for Support Solutions. Qualified candidates receive a bonus after 90 days and 390 training hours completed, recognizing your commitment to excellence in direct support.
