About the Role
As a Licensed Therapist with Kooth in Michigan, you will provide personalized mental health support to youth aged 13–25, helping them build resilience and access timely care. This is an on-site, full-time position rooted in an early-intervention philosophy that meets young people where they are. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct therapeutic support to clients aged 13–25 using an early-intervention, evidence-informed approach.
- Assess individual needs and create tailored care plans that empower young people to thrive.
- Help youth develop coping skills, build resilience, and access support at the right moment.
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in line with professional and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold a welcoming, accessible, and inclusive standard of care.
Qualifications
- Active clinical license to practice therapy in the state of Michigan.
- Experience supporting adolescents and young adults is highly valued.
- Commitment to inclusive, evidence-informed, and youth-focused mental health care.
- Strong interpersonal, assessment, and communication skills.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site role based in Michigan, US.
