Sr. Sales Strategy Specialist

About the Role

This full-time position sits at the intersection of data, channel strategy, and commercial growth. As a Senior Sales Strategy Specialist at Samyang America, you'll translate market intelligence and sales performance data into actionable strategies that drive retail velocity, expand distribution, and position Samyang's portfolio for sustained growth across US channels.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain sales forecasting models, tracking performance against targets across key retail, grocery, and e-commerce channels
• Analyze syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana/IRI) and internal POS reporting to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
• Develop trade promotion strategies and evaluate post-event effectiveness to maximize ROI on spend
• Create compelling sell-in presentations and category narratives for retail buyers and key account teams
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to align commercial planning with broader business objectives
• Support annual planning processes including volume targets, channel mix analysis, and pricing strategy review
• Monitor the competitive landscape and provide actionable insights on market positioning

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue planning — preferably within CPG or food and beverage
• Strong command of syndicated retail data tools and advanced proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization platforms
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear, executive-ready recommendations
• Experience working with national or regional retail accounts and understanding of the US grocery and mass channel landscape
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related discipline
• Self-starter mindset comfortable operating in a fast-moving, culturally driven brand environment
