What You'll Do

• Travel to pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners across Southern New Jersey to conduct in-home consultations
• Present Kitchen Magic's kitchen and bath remodeling solutions, guiding customers through product options and design possibilities
• Build genuine rapport with prospects and move them confidently through the sales process to a closed agreement
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of your pipeline and client interactions
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets while representing the Kitchen Magic brand with professionalism

What We're Looking For

• A self-motivated closer with a track record in sales — or a hungry, coachable candidate ready to develop those skills
• Strong interpersonal communication and active listening abilities
• Comfort working independently, managing your own schedule, and driving to appointments throughout the Mercer County area and surrounding Southern NJ territory
• A competitive mindset paired with a consultative, customer-first approach
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
