About the Role

As the General Manager (Restaurant General Manager) for Adiser Orlando, you serve as the on-site executive responsible for the complete success of a single restaurant location in Kissimmee. Reporting to the District Manager, you steer daily operations across four pillars: financial performance, guest satisfaction, people development, and operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote option.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all day-to-day operations of one restaurant, holding accountability for its overall results.
• Drive profitability through disciplined cost control, sales growth, and sound business decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of 20–45 people, including an Assistant Manager, Hourly Shift Coordinators, and Team Members.
• Deliver a consistently excellent guest experience and uphold service and quality standards.
• Coach, schedule, and support staff to build a motivated, high-performing crew.
• Execute operational procedures while reporting performance and progress to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven restaurant or multi-unit management experience with a track record of leading teams.
• Strong command of operations, staffing, and profit-and-loss accountability.
• Confident people leader able to direct, mentor, and grow a sizable hourly workforce.
• Guest-focused mindset paired with a commitment to operational standards.
• Availability to work on-site full-time in Kissimmee, Osceola County.
