About the Role

As a Company CDL-A Truck Driver with XPO, you'll operate a tractor-trailer on local routes and return home every day. This is a full-time, on-site position in Windham, with hiring focused within roughly 40 miles of Scarborough, ME. Experienced drivers can earn $31.29 per hour, making this a strong fit for professionals who want steady local miles without time away from family.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer on assigned local, home-daily routes.
• Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule while following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Handle freight responsibly and maintain accurate driving and delivery records.
• Represent XPO professionally in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
