As a UX Designer at Cengage Group, you will help shape product experiences that make learning simpler, clearer, and more rewarding for millions of students and educators. Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces and flows that make complex learning tasks feel effortless.
- Translate user needs, research insights, and product goals into clear, usable design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate and validate ideas.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers throughout the development process.
- Continuously refine experiences based on usability testing and learner feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a closely related user experience role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, problem-solving design work.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to advocate for the user.
