What You'll Do
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all store operations during assigned shifts
- Supervise, motivate, and coordinate team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in line with Domino's guidelines
- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally to uphold service excellence
- Assist with inventory management, product ordering, and cost controls
- Open and/or close the store, managing shift responsibilities end-to-end
- Train new team members and reinforce operational best practices
- Work a variety of shifts throughout the week as business needs require
What We're Looking For
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
- Genuine passion for customer service and team development
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Prior experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer-facing leadership role is a plus
