About the Role
As the PM Custodial Manager supporting SEARHC, you will oversee the evening custodial team and the day-to-day EVS functions that protect patients, staff, and visitors. The position is posted out of Spokane, Spokane County, and supports SEARHC operations in Sitka, AK, with relocation assistance available for candidates who qualify. You will design and carry out practical facility solutions that uphold every health, safety, and sanitation requirement across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise evening-shift custodial and EVS staff at the SEARHC healthcare facility.
- Build and implement cleaning and facility-care plans that meet established health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor service quality and adjust workflows to keep all areas consistently clean and compliant.
- Coach, schedule, and develop team members to maintain dependable shift coverage.
- Partner with healthcare and facility stakeholders to address sanitation needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience managing custodial, EVS, or related facility-services operations, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards and how to enforce them.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a frontline team.
- Availability to work an evening (PM) schedule and willingness to relocate to Sitka, AK if needed.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills suited to a fast-paced clinical environment.
