As a Host or Hostess at Tournament Players Club in Potomac, you will set the tone for every member and guest experience. This part-time, on-site hospitality position is ideal for friendly, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in delivering polished, professional service in an upscale country club setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and create a memorable first impression
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently during service hours
• Coordinate with dining and culinary staff to ensure smooth, timely seating flow
• Answer questions about the club, menus, and facilities with courtesy and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and dining entrance area
• Support the team during member events, tournaments, and private functions as needed

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, well-groomed appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to stay composed and organized in a fast-paced dining environment
• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience as a host, hostess, or in a customer-facing role is a plus
