Compass Health Network is hiring a full-time Behavioral Technician (Evenings) in O'Fallon, Saint Louis, to empower individuals to live more independently and achieve their personal goals. About the Role
As a Behavioral Technician (Evenings) with Compass Health Network — known internally as a Community Living Instructor — you'll work directly with the people we serve in O'Fallon, Saint Louis, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence. This is an on-site, evening-shift position scheduled Thursday through Monday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. A retention bonus of $1,000 is available.*
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support and instruction that help individuals work toward greater independence and personal goals.
- Deliver respectful, compassionate care that reflects Compass Health Network's mission in the community.
- Encourage and reinforce daily living and community-living skills for the people you serve.
- Maintain a consistent, dependable presence across the evening schedule to meet essential service needs.
Qualifications
- A genuine commitment to helping others live more independently and reach their goals.
- Availability to work the evening schedule, Thursday through Monday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- Ability to work on-site in O'Fallon, Saint Louis.
- A patient, supportive approach aligned with quality, person-centered care.
