CBRE is seeking an experienced Sr. HSE Manager (King of Prussia, PA) to lead occupational health, safety, and environmental initiatives for clients across the West Chester, Chester County area. This is a full-time, fully onsite opportunity for a safety professional ready to shape programs that protect people and communities.

About the Role

As a Senior Health, Safety and Environment Manager, you will design, launch, and oversee comprehensive HSE programs serving medium to large-scale client operations. Reporting within CBRE's Environment, Health and Safety function, you will be the driving force behind the policies and procedures that keep employees, contractors, and neighboring communities safe. The position is based onsite in King of Prussia, PA, with regional responsibilities tied to West Chester, Chester County.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and roll out health, safety, and environmental programs tailored to client needs and site conditions.
• Develop organizational procedures that protect the workforce and surrounding communities.
• Manage compliance with applicable occupational safety and environmental standards.
• Partner with client teams and internal stakeholders to embed a strong safety culture.
• Maintain a consistent onsite presence in King of Prussia to support day-to-day HSE operations.

Qualifications

• Proven background managing health, safety, and environmental programs, ideally for medium to large clients.
• Working knowledge of HSE regulations, compliance practices, and program implementation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence safe behavior across all levels.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in King of Prussia, PA.
