About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant with RAM Partners in Jeffersonville, Clark County, you will serve as the welcoming face of The Laurel. This full-time, on-site position centers on guiding prospective residents through the leasing journey, from first inquiry to move-in day. Compensation for this role ranges from $19 to $21 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, and highlight community features and amenities.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries to keep the leasing pipeline active.
• Prepare lease agreements, process applications, and ensure paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Build rapport with current residents and support renewal and retention efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date records of availability, pricing, and traffic activity.
• Partner with the on-site team to keep the leasing office and model units presentation-ready.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Sales-oriented approach and comfort following up with prospects to close leases.
• Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office.
• Availability to work on-site in Jeffersonville, Clark County (this is not a remote position).
• Prior leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.
