About the Role
We are actively hiring dedicated, Experienced Caregivers in Vernon, Waukesha County to support aging adults who wish to remain comfortable and independent in their own homes. This is a full-time, in-person position with shifts available around the clock, making it a strong fit whether you prefer mornings, evenings, overnights, or weekends. Reliable transportation is essential, as you will be driving clients to appointments, errands, and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, one-on-one personal care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home
- Drive clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and community outings
- Assist with daily living tasks while promoting each client's dignity and independence
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients and their families
- Communicate any changes in a client's condition or needs to the care team
Qualifications
- Prior hands-on caregiving experience
- Willingness and ability to drive clients as part of daily duties
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, as openings exist across all schedules
