About the Role
As a Grill Cook with Canteen, part of the Compass Group family, you'll work on location at the Michelin Marc facility on Antioch Church Road in Greenville, SC. This is a hands-on, in-person position centered on preparing freshly grilled meals to order while keeping the cooking station clean, organized, and safe. Both full-time and part-time hours are available, giving you flexibility to match the schedule that fits your life.
Key Responsibilities
- Grill, cook, and assemble menu items to order, ensuring quality, temperature, and presentation standards are met.
- Set up and break down the grill station, restocking ingredients and supplies as needed throughout each shift.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace by following food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Work efficiently during busy periods to keep wait times short and guests satisfied.
- Collaborate with kitchen teammates to support smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Prior grill or line-cooking experience is preferred.
- Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
- Reliability and availability for a schedule that typically runs Monday through Thursday, with some Fridays; hours may vary, and additional scheduling details are shared during the interview.
