About the Role
As Associate Director, Strategy & Operations within Regeneron's Genetic Medicines Clinical Development Unit (RGM CDU), you will partner directly with the unit's Leadership Team to drive operational planning and execution. This full-time, on-site position in Sleepy Hollow places you at the center of strategic decision-making for one of the most forward-looking areas of modern medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the RGM CDU Leadership Team across strategic planning and day-to-day operational initiatives.
- Help shape and carry forward the operating priorities of the Genetic Medicines clinical development organization.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to keep programs aligned, on track, and moving efficiently toward their goals.
- Translate leadership objectives into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Serve as a connection point between leadership and the wider teams advancing genetic medicine programs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in strategy, operations, or program management, ideally within pharmaceuticals, biotech, or clinical development.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working closely with senior leadership.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, science-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sleepy Hollow, Westchester County.
