About the Role
This is a hands-on, shop-based opportunity for a highly experienced Porsche technician who takes pride in precision work on premium and high-performance vehicles. As a Porsche Master Technician at JP Euro, you will be a key member of an elite service team, diagnosing and repairing some of the finest machines on the road. The position offers compensation of $50–$65 per hour (with an experience-based annual range of $100,000–$160,000) and is based on-site in Las Cruces.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform expert-level diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Porsche and other European and exotic vehicles.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Complete factory-level service procedures while upholding manufacturer standards.
- Document work performed and communicate findings clearly to service advisors and the team.
- Mentor and support fellow technicians, contributing to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven, seasoned experience working as a Porsche technician at a master or comparable senior level.
- Strong command of Porsche systems, diagnostic tools, and European vehicle repair best practices.
- Ability to deliver dependable, high-quality results in a fast-paced specialty shop.
- Commitment to professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to work on-site in Las Cruces, Doña Ana County (relocation assistance offered).
