About the Role
As a Mobile Notary Services Provider in Detroit, you will travel to clients to witness, authenticate, and notarize a range of legal and personal documents. This is a client-facing, full-time position centered on convenience, accuracy, and trust. You will represent Certified Mobile Notary Service in the field, bringing professional notary services directly to homes, offices, and other agreed meeting locations throughout the Detroit area.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients at scheduled locations across Detroit and Wayne County to perform notarizations.
- Verify signer identities and confirm willingness and awareness before notarizing.
- Notarize legal, financial, and personal documents in line with Michigan notary regulations.
- Use digital tools and scheduling technology to coordinate appointments and document signings efficiently.
- Maintain accurate notarial records and ensure each completed document meets compliance standards.
- Deliver courteous, reliable service that reflects the company's focus on accessibility and convenience.
Qualifications
- Active commission as a notary public in the state of Michigan (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong attention to detail and a firm understanding of proper notarial procedures.
- Comfort using technology for scheduling, communication, and document handling.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations within the Detroit area.
- Professional, trustworthy demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
