As an Enterprise Sales Attorney at Lumen, you will work hand in hand with sales and commercial teams to structure, negotiate, and close complex contracts across our fiber, cloud, edge, and AI-driven service portfolio. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise sales agreements, service contracts, and related commercial documents.
• Advise sales, product, and business leaders on contractual terms, risk, and compliance considerations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to balance commercial objectives with sound legal protection.
• Support deal structuring for connectivity, cloud, edge, and AI workload offerings.
• Help streamline contracting processes and standardize templates to accelerate the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
• Experience advising on commercial, technology, or enterprise sales contracts.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical guidance for business teams.
• Availability to work on-site in Pensacola, Escambia County.
