About the Role

As a Graduate Registered Nurse Anesthetist at KAISER in Riverside, you will work under the direct medical supervision of a physician Anesthesiologist to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia services. The position supports surgical, obstetrical, and other procedures requiring anesthesia, with care tailored to patients across every stage of life. This role is eligible for a $25,000 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer general and regional anesthesia under the supervision of a physician Anesthesiologist.
• Support surgical, obstetrical, and additional procedures that require anesthesia services.
• Provide anesthesia care to patients across all age groups, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Deliver care in line with established hospital and departmental standards and protocols.
• Collaborate closely with the anesthesia team and broader surgical staff to promote positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nurse anesthesia graduate program, qualifying for the Graduate Registered Nurse Anesthetist (GRNA) role.
• Eligibility to practice as a nurse anesthetist under physician Anesthesiologist supervision per applicable requirements.
• Working knowledge of general and regional anesthesia techniques across diverse patient age groups.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to perform effectively within hospital and departmental standards in a full-time, on-site capacity in Riverside.
